4. Referral Fees
Any referral fees or commissions are paid directly by the contractor to Bay Project Finder. These fees are not a part of your project cost and are not guaranteed.
5. Liability
Bay Project Finder is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from your use of the service or from any contractor's work. You assume all risks associated with hiring a contractor.
